Blind Advertising Networks

Blind auction or also known as first-price auction is based on a system when multiple advertisers bid, not knowing each other bids, to show their ads in publishers inventory, either their mobile apps or websites. A bidder with a highest bid wins the auction and gets his ads to be shown. Blind auction trading is one of the three major models for the real time bidding process that power ad exchanges that include first-price, second-price and fixed-price bidding. One of the drawback of this trading model is that there is always a risk that advertisers will inflate pricing, it lead to development a second-pricing trading model that doesn’t have this con.
