They discussed different ways of collecting user data to drive growth. They discussed the difficulties brought on by the amount of customer data. David highlights the importance of being adaptive with customer data to derive value from the data. They talk in detail on how to best leverage the various methods to acquire the data and how to personalise it successfully to come up with the optimum tech marketing stack.
