PubNative acquires TVSMILES to expand in-app header bidding

PubNative, the mobile monetisation platform, has just acquired the development department and ad technology of mobile publisher TVSMILES GmbH to strengthen its market position and expand its advertising formats.

TVSMILES rewards app users for engaging with adverts by brands and products. Ads are often run as quiz games and rewards can be exchanged for products or vouchers.

The company has more than 2 million users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
