CrossInstall partners with Google to launch Playable ads on Google Play

CrossInstall, the interactive mobile ad company, has just announced a partnership with Google to launch Instant Playables on Google Play. Instant Playables by CrossInstall make it easier for users to trial games and apps in Play without having to download them.

If a user clicks the ‘Try Now’ button, a window launches that lets them test the app before committing to download. At the same time, the demos help developers to optimise their apps whilst also improving retention and monetisation of their apps.

CrossInstall’s Playable formats have already been used by major Internet and social media firms including Facebook, Google UAC and Snap.

Google is invested in helping developers promote their apps in ways that ensure high-quality engagement from their players,” explained Google’s Ben Frenkel. “CrossInstall offering this as an added free bonus to their Creative as a Service program makes it even more exciting for developers.”

CrossInstall added that it was leveraging data points across all channels to make sure that demos were running smoothly. The company provides a series of additional tools such as actionable insights and maximum platform reach to help advertisers generate the best results.
