ACTIVATE expands influencer marketing insight tools

Influencer marketing platform ACTIVATE has just launched a suit of new products for brands to improve their influencer campaigns through deeper insights.

The update includes product additions such as Influencer Relationship Management (IRM), Sentiment Analysis, and Casting Decks.

“Influencer marketing has increased exponentially as a viable channel to both build brand awareness, and drive consumer engagement and conversions – but building and managing relationships with influencers can be extremely time consuming,” explained Nicholas Vincent DiSanto, CTO of ACTIVATE. “These new tools streamline operations and help marketers deliver real, measurable value while also scaling efficiently, allowing our clients to focus on cultivating relationships and collaborating on creative strategy.”

The Influencer Relationship Management is a special hub for brands and agencies to centralise their influencer database and keep track of long-term relationships.

The new Sentiment Analysis taps machine learning to analyse sentiment on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook content for deeper and more campaign-specific insights. This makes it easier to view audience reactions and even scores consumer comments across eight emotions: skepticism, consideration, intent, fear, hate, love, damage, positivity and negativity.

Meanwhile, Casting Decks help advertisers to create influencer pitch presentations without the need to compile influencer data manually.

Measuring the success of influencer marketing campaign is still among the main pain points for many marketers. These features should help brands make better sense of their campaign results.
