ClicksMob merges with AppGrade to launch improved mobile performance marketing suite

Mobile performance platform, ClicksMob, just announced a merger with mobile video monetisation firm, AppGrade. This enables ClicksMob to enhance its mobile performance marketing suite, adding AppGrade’s video monetisation SDK platform.

Avishay Shoushan, Founder and CEO of AppGrade, will be appointed as new CEO of the merged company. ClicksMob CEO Chen Yahav Levanon is the new President of the new company. She says:
