Mobile games publisher Voodoo recently acquired Bidshake, a marketing automation platform for mobile games for an undisclosed sum.

Bidshake was launched in early 2020 and has been a one-stop platform for user acquisition and app monetization.

The company offers data aggregation and analytics with campaign and creative management and allows for data-driven decisions in real-time.

“We have been fortunate to work with Voodoo as our design partner and first customer, taking our marketing automation platform to the next level,” said Stéphane Pitoun and Alexandra Palacci, co-founders of Bidshake. “From the start, our goal has been to help mobile developers navigate through an increasingly competitive and data-driven environment, and joining Voodoo is the perfect next step in this journey.”

Bidshake will continue to operate as an independent unit, operating an extended product and service range.

“It was the mutual recognition of the power of automation coupled with our marketing insights that led to our close cooperation with the Bidshake team from day one,” said Alexandre Yazdi, CEO of Voodoo. “We couldn’t be more excited about our further integration that will address the growth needs of the mobile games and app ecosystem.”

The acquisition is another in a series of app marketing deals following AppLovin’s acquisition of Adjust recently.
