Mobile games publisher Voodoo recently acquired Bidshake, a marketing automation platform for mobile games for an undisclosed sum.
Bidshake was launched in early 2020 and has been a one-stop platform for user acquisition and app monetization.
The company offers data aggregation and analytics with campaign and creative management and allows for data-driven decisions in real-time.

Bidshake will continue to operate as an independent unit, operating an extended product and service range.

The acquisition is another in a series of app marketing deals following AppLovin’s acquisition of Adjust recently.
