Apple plans to expand its Search Ads advertising service that lets developers promote an app via the AppStore. Search Ads are being rolled out to app developers in France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Repulic of Korea and Spain.

First released back in 2016 in the US, the Search Ads service is now being launched across the list of other countries this summer, according to an email sent out by Apple and picked up by eagle eyed growth specialists like @thomasbn

The company recently announced its Creative Sets which let app developers tap into additional App Store asses to create Creative Set ads by adding keywords and screenshots as well as audience details.

The announcement also follows news that Apple is looking to return to the mobile ad industry through the launch of its own mobile ad network.

Furthermore, the company is in a good position to provide context-based ad solutions which do not infringe on recent privacy rule updates. Indeed, it may be able to offer ads considered to be intrusive compared to Google and Facebook.
