CloudMine and Alpha Software partner to work on HIPAA-compliant mobile apps

CloudMine, a mobile backend-as-a-service platform, has partnered with Alpha Software, a mobile development company, to improve building and managing apps that fall into the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) category.

The intention is to make it easier for IT departments and business users to change paper documents into mobile apps, ready to work on any device, both online and offline.
