“We chose to work with Smith Micro because of their long-standing legacy as a leader in wireless technology and expert knowledge of embedded mobile software. The NetWise Captivate solution gives us the ability to capture behavior-based consumer data from smartphones to enhance our anchored local platform with intelligent, personalized marketing engagement.”

Insights gained through NetWise Captivate help hotels provide customised mobile notifications, including offers and virtual assistance, to its guests. Engagement remains consistent over time, following a booking and throughout a consumer’s visit. Hoteliers can also prompt guests to leave feedback through a mobile survey.
Carla Fitzgerald, Chief Marketing Officer, Smith Micro, adds:

Zonetail plans to deploy NetWise Captivate during Q2 2016 to a select group of hotel and condo properties. Following initial trials, it will roll out the technology further throughout the year.
