Josh Rinsky, former SVP Business Development and Volker Dressel, General Manager at TV app ad company Quaid Media, a subsidiary of Freenet AG, the German telecoms group, have launched a new mobile advertising agency together.
MediaPlier will focus on ad campaigns for mobile apps, games and digital-first brands with offices in LA and Hamburg, though its core focus will be on TV, video and influencer campaigns for brands to build consumer bases. The company merges strategy, with creative, media planning and analytics.

MediaPlier explains that a large number of companies are now using TV as a cornerstone of their UA campaigns. Indeed, some of the big names in mobile gaming have been rather upfront about the benefits of combining TV and influencer outreach with performance marketing tactics. That’s where MediaPlier comes in. It wants to make these campaigns accessible for anyone.
Josh Rinsky, Co-Founder of MediaPlier, says:

“Over the past two years we’ve seen a steady maturation of mobile app marketing with brands promoting their products through an ever widening range of channels including TV, video, sponsorship, influencer marketing and product integrations. Our experience means that we are ideally suited to identify, plan and deliver on these creative opportunities for our clients. With a presence on two continents, MediaPlier can deliver multi-country campaigns for digital brands, mobile apps and games.”
