Media Chain adds Jon Edwards as Head of Sales

Media Chain, the social-first publishing entity owned by Social Chain, just appointed Jon Edwards as Head of Sales.

Edwards jons the company from LadBible group where he held the role of Brand Partnerships Account Director.

“I’m very honoured to be joining Media Chain and to work on developing their commercial offering across their vast and progressive portfolio of brands,” Edwards said. “To have the opportunity to work on fantastic brands like SPORF, Student Problems and GameByte among many others, alongside some of the best entrepreneurial thought leaders in the social space at a time of ambitious growth, excites me. Edwards has previously worked with clients including PepsiCo, Amazon, Sony Columbia, Ladbrokes Coral & Warner Brothers.

According to a press release, Edwards joins with excellent knowledge of social media following his time at Unilad where he oversaw brand and social partnerships.
