Berlin-based media company DCMN has acquired mobile attribution and analytics start-up 1SDK at an undisclosed sum.
1SDK provides a SaaS platform for mobile advertisers. It was founded by Andreas Dengler, Anil Kutty and Matthias Riedl with a team based in Kochi, India.
1SDK provides a mobile ad solution
The 1SDK solution provides mobile measurement for ad campaigns using metrics such as retention, engagement as well as app uninstalls. It provides a prediction algorithm to allow advertisers to find the best action to optimise their campaigns based on conversion, retention and churn.
In addition, the platform lets marketers send personalised push notifications and in-app messages to reengage consumers.
DCMN, which has a team of over 70 experts and offices in San Francisco, Paris, Munich, India as well as London and Berlin, has been largely focused on TV attribution. The deal allows the company to add mobile capabilities to its services and leverage the best features of both platforms.
As part of the acquisition, 1SDK will be integrated with DCMN’s technology platform. Current clients of 1SDK will be transferred over to the new platform.
