Cheetah Mobile and Tencent expand strategic partnership

Mobile internet company, Cheetah Mobile, has announced the expansion of its strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent Computer Systems Company, a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings, for two years from 1. January 2016 to 31. December 2017.
Cheetah provides mobile ad solutions 
As part of the agreement, Cheetah Mobile and Tencent will provide promotional services for each other, as proposed in the table below. The new signing includes annual caps.

Mr. Sheng Fu, CEO, Cheetah Mobile, says:

The two companies originally signed a strategic agreement on 27. December 2013, adding the latest amendment in November 2015.
