App Samurai closes $2.4 million Series A funding round

Mobile growth platform App Samurai has just announced a $2.4 million Series A funding round led by 212 Ventures and co-investors Collective Spark, 500 Startups and Degerhan Usluel.

Founded in 2016, App Samurai provides solutions for mobile app developers to grow their apps through user acquisition and in-app engagement. It also offers a real-time mobile ad fraud detection and prevention solution (Interceptd).

To date, the company raised $4.6 million in total. App Samurai said it plans to use the funds to develop its mobile advertising product portfolio and expand globally. The company now has offices in nine cities in the US, Germany and Israel. In 2019, it achieved a 240% year-on-year growth.
