Mobile app platform, RhoMobile, today releases a substantial upgrade to its RhoMobile Suite – the company’s app development solution to build apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The Suite 5.3 version adds support for enterprise devices, enhancements to the company’s mechanism for syncing data for offline access – RhoConnect Push, as well as other improvements to enable app developers to work more smoothly across popular mobile operating systems.
RhoMobile launches RhoMobile Suite 5.3 upgrade
RhoMobile Suite 5.3 now includes support for Zebra’s new touch-enabled devices running Android KitKat, including the TC55, TC75 and TC50, MC40 and MC18. It adds full support for USB printing for Windows Mobile and Windows CE. HTTPS between RhoConnect push server and the RhoConnect server is now supported as well as node.js 0.12. In addition, the upgrade lets users select their API level of choice to build Android apps with.
