Mobile engagement and app development platform Point.io has released App Composer, a new tool for business users who want to save time and money building new mobile apps. It’s part of Point.io’s Digital Engagement Platform, an aPaaS containing a wide variety of tools for creating, managing and releasing apps.

Ron Rock, Point.io’s CEO, said:

“At Point.io we recognize that every business can benefit from easy-to-use, easy-to-change enterprise applications across mobile and desktop that optimize real business processes. With the launch of App Composer, every business – large and small – can take advantage of these efficiencies without the upfront costs and risks historically associated with launching a new application.  By radically bending the cost-benefit curve, we have expanded the potential for user-friendly business apps to the entire enterprise.”

Point.io has added App Composer to the suite of tools included in its Digital Engagement Platform

Using App Composer doesn’t require extensive coding experience, and the company says it’s possible to take an app from concept to beta trial in just a few hours, then push updates out within minutes.
