MoPub, the mobile publishing platform for developers, just released figures which are pointing to strong growth of its mobile native ads. According to the company, as of June 2015, the number of apps using native ads in the MoPub Marketplace increased eightfold. Publishers on the Marketplace experienced positive results with a 73% increase in eCPMs for native ads between June 2014 to June 2015.

With twice the number of DSPs buying native ads inventory, spending grew almost five times, or 387% over the last 12 months.
