Vdopia, the programmatic buying and selling platform for mobile video advertising, has announced the addition of Martin Price as Senior Vice President of Product.

He joins the company from OpenX where he held the position of Vice President of Product Management, managing OpenX’s range of ad servers, exchange and SSP enterprise products. Price is also a co-founder of Productsy, a mobile start-up platform-as-a-service for app development.
At Vdopia, he’ll focus on growing the group’s innovative products for mobile video advertisers. Vdopia runs Chocolate, a video-only programmatic platform powered by VDO technology. The company recently added native video ad formats for mobile that include measurable and transparent viewability in InView. Price says:

Over the last three months, Vdopia has made a series of high-profile hires, including ex-Pubmatic Giuseppe Di Mauro as SVP of Engineering, as well as John Lambertus, an agency trading desk and programmatic platform veteran, joined as VP Operations and Client Services.
