App store optimization platform Mobile Action has acquired Appmind, an ASO tool, in a move that will further cement its expertise in the area. Appmind provides a similar service to Mobile Action, and in addition to consolidating talent, Appmind will bring with it enhanced backend technology.

Appmind CEO Gabriel Machuret will become brand ambassador at Mobile Action, and said:

“My mission with Appmind has been to provide hard-working developers and app managers with the tools they need to optimize their applications. Mobile Action has been on my radar for a while now, and simply put, I wanted to join the winning team. Mobile Action is the most complete ASO tool in the market and I knew together we could help our users migrate to an even more powerful system.”

In addition to the backend tech from Appmind, the new partnership and the team it creates will help accelerate platform development, and produce new tools for developers. The terms of the deal have not been released, but Appmind customers have immediate access to Mobile Action’s toolkit. Visit Mobile Action’s website here for more information.
