Game development platform Marmalade has launched Marmalade Game Services, a backend service for developers. It’s powered by GameSparks cloud-based platform, and is part of the company’s SDK. The aim is to assist developers create better games, from the start of the project, right though to launch and ongoing management.
Griffin Parry, GameSpark’s CEO, said:
“Marmalade is a tool for developers who are serious about games and so is GameSparks. Through this partnership, we’re excited to be able to offer GameSparks’ backend services to Marmalade’s rich community of developers, so that they can more easily build and manage server–side features of their games from within the Marmalade platform.”
