What types of clients do you work with?
We currently work with more than 5,400 Android & iOS apps with sizes that range from a few thousand downloads to a few tens of millions. Our typical partners are usually indie developers or small to medium app/game development studios.

Avocarrot tools are designed to make the life of the developer easier. In order to minimize the time needed to experiment with native ads, a new open-source technology called JSON2VIEW has been developed in-house that allows most of the native ad customizations to be made “on the fly” by developers through their dashboard and then instantly be rolled to all the users. At the same time, an automated revenue assistant dubbed H.E.R.O. has been developed that enables developers to effortlessly monitor their app revenue health and provides actionable suggestions on how to improve performance.

Avocarrot currently serves more than a billion native ads every month in more than 115 countries and we have seen most recent growth in regions such as North America and Western Europe.
What are your main tips for successful native ad monetization?
The most important app monetization tip from our experience is the respect for the users. Do not sacrifice a long term healthy relationship with your loyal users just to squeeze a few extra money from them in the short-term.
Creating a great advertising experience in mobile apps is both an art and a science, and for this reason mobile developers should incorporate constant experimentation in their app monetization strategy. With native ads, developers now have a unique opportunity to regain full control unleash their creativity as well.
What do you think are the most important trends in app monetization right now?
Mobile native ads and mobile video ads are at the moment the two mobile advertising trends that have the most impact on the developer’s bottom line. Advertisers have been shifting lately a huge chunk of their mobile marketing budgets in both ad formats and it’s no coincidence that more and more top companies like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, WSJ etc are relying on both revenue streams to sustain their business.
