Facebook Audience Network just recently announced a new Native Partner Program for mobile mediation platforms which can now be integrated with its mobile ad network. Launch partners include Fyber, Opera Mediaworks as well as MoPub, the Twitter-owned mobile ad server.
This enables mobile app marketers to utilise Facebook native ad formats through an approved partner.
Facebook announces Native Partner Program
Kate Herbert, Sr. Director, MoPub Platform and Exchange Services, says:
“As the pioneering full stack platform for native ads, we know publishers are eager to monetize with native formats. We’re excited to partner with the Facebook Audience Network to jointly improve the native ads ecosystem.”
In a blog post, Facebook said that mobile app publishers have seen success with their native ads with over 83% of impressions on the Audience Network delivered in native formats. Native ads performed up to 7x more effectively than standard banners.
The new partnerships also mean that publishers with existing mobile mediation platform contracts can now more easily manage their ad business on Facebook. Members of the program have been selected by a variety of criteria to determine the best outcome for advertisers.
